Welcome to St. Francis Pavilion!
Located less than a mile from Seton Medical Center in Daly City, we are ideally situated to meet the needs of patients from San Francisco, Daly City, San Bruno, South San Francisco and Pacifica.
At St. Francis Pavilion our patients receive medical and rehabilitative services in a beautiful, hotel-like environment. Our recently remodeled facility features state-of-the art rehab facilities, spa-like bathrooms, a fine-dining program, and cutting edge medical equipment. Our residents also enjoy amenities that include large bedrooms equipped with new, hospital-grade electric beds, private flat-screen TVs, free cable access, and free private phones and phone lines.
While we are proud to offer our patients a convenient location and luxurious setting, we are even prouder of the care that we provide. In addition to 24-hour skilled nursing care, we provide a comprehensive program of therapy services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
As the only facility in the area which provides 24-hour per day RN coverage and 7-days per week of therapy services, we cater to the needs of our patients.

We measure the success of our services based on the successful recoveries of our patients. At St. Francis Pavilion, 90% of our patients recover and are able to return to their homes or discharge to other community settings.
