Cedar Crest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Cedar Crest Rated 5 Stars
Cedar Crest is awarded 5 out of 5 stars by the federal Medicare program.
The Five-Star Quality Rating System was created by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to help consumers, their families and caregivers compare skilled nursing facilities more easily. Skilled nursing facility ratings are taken from the following three areas:
- Health Inspections
- Quality Measures
These three areas are combined to calculate an overall rating. It is through the commitment and dedication of physicians and staff members that Cedar Crest has achieved a Five-Star Rating. To view the Five-Star Quality Rating System, visit www.Medicare.gov.
